1. Data collected
SuyaSuya collects information needed to provide the service: account email and settings; assessment answers; sleep-diary times and estimates; naps, sleepiness, fatigue, distress, quality, and adherence; preferences, progress, program decisions, and messages sent to the coach. With separate consent, the assessment email may also be retained to send the result, guidance, and program news.
2. Voice
When you use voice, a short recording is securely sent to a specialized provider to convert your speech into text. The audio recording and raw transcript are not retained by SuyaSuya’s transcription service. Text you subsequently confirm or send may be saved as diary data or a coach message. To produce a spoken response, only the necessary text is sent to a speech-generation service; generated audio is temporary.
3. Manual entry and devices
In the iPhone app, you can choose manual entry, Apple Watch through Apple Health, or both combined. In Combined mode, SuyaSuya compares the estimates; every imported night must be displayed and confirmed before the engine uses it. Other providers are offered only when activated.
4. Use, access, and training
Data is used to provide, secure, and improve SuyaSuya. It is not sold. Access is limited to the user and authorized administrators who need it. Identifiable conversations and sleep data are not used to train external models.
5. Retention
Account and sleep data are retained while the account remains active. A deletion request immediately disables the account and places its data in the permanent-deletion process. Marketing emails are retained until unsubscribe or a deletion request. Voice audio is not retained by SuyaSuya.
6. Service providers
SuyaSuya uses specialized providers for hosting, data storage, conversational assistance, transcription, speech generation, payments, and email delivery. The payment provider processes card information; SuyaSuya does not store card numbers. With your marketing consent, the email service receives only your email address, language, acquisition source, consent date, and commercial lifecycle stage. Assessment answers, sleep diaries, metrics, Coach messages, and schedules are not sent to that service.
7. Your choices
In settings, you can disable optional analytics, export your data, or request account deletion. You may withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe link. For a request: support@suyasuya.io.
