1. Service
SuyaSuya is a self-guided consumer sleep-education and improvement program. It is not a diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency service. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract where you live.
2. Account and use
You are responsible for accurate information, password confidentiality, and activity under your account. Do not use the service for an emergency or in an unlawful, automated, abusive, or harmful manner.
3. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
Prices are shown in USD and applicable taxes are displayed by Stripe before confirmation. A subscription renews automatically for the selected period until cancelled in the billing portal. After cancellation, access remains active through the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Availability and limitations
SuyaSuya may evolve, be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, or limit a feature to protect safety. Apple Health and Apple Watch are available in the iPhone app; manual entry remains available. No specific result is guaranteed.
